We go through the background investigation process for you. We conduct reference checks that verify the candidate and the reference is who they say they are. We verify the reference is who they say they are whether that is another licensed attorney, judge or supervisor. We also verify the Attorney went to law school and passed the bar. We do both a local police check and the eqivilent of an FBI background check on the candidate. Once hired, we have a supervisor in-office to check on the Attorney-Paralegal, issue the Attorney-Paralegal a secure laptop with VPN and up-to-date antivirus. We also have local tech support to assist your Attorney-Paralegal with any internet, laptop or tech related issues.
